Terms of Service
These terms apply to all purchases made from Legacy Rigs Co ("we", "us", "our") ABN: 98 699 607 844 through legacyrigsco.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About our products
Legacy Rigs Co designs and manufactures pressed steel rust repair panels for classic 4WD vehicles.
Our panels are repair sections, not bolt-on parts. Most will need trimming, fitting and welding to suit your vehicle. The condition of your vehicle, previous repairs, and factory variations between models can all affect fitment. Installation should be done by someone with the right skills and equipment.
We try to make our product descriptions, fitment information and photos as accurate as possible. Photos are for illustration, and finishes may vary slightly from what's shown. If you're unsure whether a panel suits your vehicle, contact us before ordering.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
Payment is processed securely through our checkout at the time of purchase. We don't store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders
An order confirmation email means we've received your order. It doesn't mean it has been accepted. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
4. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order is with the carrier, delays outside our control, such as weather, carrier backlogs or remote locations, aren't something we can be responsible for. We'll still help you chase down any lost or delayed parcels.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know if anything is damaged or incorrect.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
- We are not liable for costs or losses arising from incorrect installation, modification, or use of our products in a way they weren't intended
- We are not liable for labour, fabrication, painting or other costs involved in fitting our products
- Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it
8. Intellectual property
The content on this website, including photos, videos, text, product descriptions and branding, belongs to Legacy Rigs Co and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. This includes using our photos, videos or product descriptions to list or sell other products.
The Legacy Rigs Co name and logo are ours and may not be used without our permission.
9. Vehicle manufacturer names
Legacy Rigs Co is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nissan, Toyota, Ford or any other vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer names, model names and part references are used only to identify which vehicles our products suit. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Information and guides
Our website, videos and social content may include general information about repairs and builds. This information is general in nature. You're responsible for making sure any work on your vehicle is done safely, correctly, and in line with any roadworthy or registration requirements in your state.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
